Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Once an order has been fulfilled and delivered, the customer is considered to have received the goods in full.

Refunds for delivered orders are only issued once the items are returned in unused, resalable condition. Items must be returned prior to any refund being processed.

Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be cancelled for a full refund.
